Job Location: Shanghai
Report to: Sales Director
Job Responsibilities:
• responsible for sales and marketing of the products/solutions for the whole of China
• identify customer’s concerns and requirements, and position the business strategically to gain market share
• produce and maintain competitor analysis
• responsible for growing the business as per the strategic plan and annual budget plan, with the objective of attaining specified sales targets, i.e. order value, volume, margin etc.
• lead and develop the project sales team
Key Requirements:
• bachelor’s degree and above with a major in Engineering
• solid project sales experience within multinational companies in the sealing or related industry, with a professional and successful management track record
• profound knowledge of oil & gas, hydrocarbon processing, power etc.
• excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• possess a high level of integrity, loyalty and maturity
• physically fit as extensive travel will be required
