Job Location: Guangzhou
Report to: Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
• develop effect pigment business in South China
• build relationships with various level of decision makers of key customers
• work with marketing and technical teams for implementing business strategies
• manage sales channels in South China
• survey relevant markets/explore and develop emerging market opportunities
• traveling is expected in the South China area
Key Requirements:
• university degree; Chemistry major or technical background preferred
• three to five years’ commercial experience in solvent based coating/ink, additive, and resin or effect pigment
• sales experience and strong business development skills
• fluency in Mandarin and English
• understanding of major coating market segments and the respective drivers
• working knowledge of solvent based coating/ink products
• ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers and stakeholders
• ability to think strategically
• results oriented
