Reporting to: Commercial Director – South China

Responsibilities:

• Direction and motivation of the sales team to ensure the Company’s sales objectives are achieved
• Overall control and management of pricing terms
• Maintain understanding of market activity and assist in the development of the Company’s strategic plans
• Control overhead expenditure in line with budget
• Ensure development and training of sales team meets personnel and company needs
• Key account management to secure quality customer base
• Develop and maintain good inter departmental relationships
• Ensure that the company’s sales objectives are met by the effective leadership and direction of the sales team.

Requirements:

• Achieving budget expectations for volume and price for all products
• Operating within overhead budget control
• Maintaining solid and quality customer base
• Maintaining stable and well instructed team
• Professional, Persuasive, Influential, Determined, Adaptable, Resourceful, Reliable, Tactful, and Organized
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Likely to be qualified to graduate level with a strong business acumen
• Proven history of running a successful sales team and able to demonstrate man management experience
• Good communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
• Good command of English and computer skills
