Job Responsibilities:
• lead the East China sales team to achieve given sales targets and to grow regional business
• implement sales management for effective management of the operation
• train, coach and develop the regional sales force to help strengthen and retain a motivated sales team
• provide feedback on training needs for the team
• manage the retailers and partners, constantly track and review their performances and drive them toward establishing the distribution network, developing the business and achieving regional targets
• identity business opportunities at the regional level and develop business strategies to realise the sales potential
• communicate and liaise with the China Golf Association
• understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate and recommend counter-actions to protect our market position
• work with the with corporate sales manager to service important corporate clients
• plan and allocate resources to optimise cost effectiveness of operation and maximise efficiency
• responsible for regional office management
Key Requirements:
• a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• seven years’ sales experience of which at least three years are at managerial level
• ability to communicate in English, basic computer skills and working experience in the golf industry highly preferred
• good relationship with the trade and sound understanding of the business
• strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mind
