Automobile/Car Sales – Attractive guarantee monthly base + commission
Responsibilities:
* Formulate monthly sales budgets and sales steering plan in order to achieve showroom and car show sales target
* Train and coach a team of salesmen to meet and achieve individual and team sales quota
* Observe sales trends, customer behaviour and collect competitive information and provide feedback and analysis to the general management and other divisions
* Maintain customer service standard and provide one-stop shop services and advice to customer on insurance, trade-in, car loan and maintenance etc
Requirements:
* Tertiary Educated
* Minimum 8 years’ hands-on experience in commission driven sales environment with at least 3 years at supervisory level
* rior exposure in car sales environment will be highly desirable
* Aggressive and independent and possess strong leadership skills
* High integrity and a team player
* Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
* This is a Sales Manager position with attractive monthly base salary and commission
