They are looking for a District Manager to strengthen their market share in the hotel sector and guide their sales teams to achieve the district’s business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in hotel sector related to cleaning services and solutions
Develop, motivate, lead and direct sales team to meet district objectives
Conduct sales forecasts and develop marketing strategies
Build strong relationships with key Clients including: multinational hotels, chain restaurants and channel partners to ensure sales objectives are successful
Requirements:
Degree holder in related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams
Excellent business intelligence to respond swiftly to market conditions
Business experience with corporate services industry is highly preferred
Sales experience in hotel industry is a definite advantage
Solid sales and interpersonal skills.
