OD, L&D and corporate training focus – Multinational Giant
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent will assume an overall learning and development function for the corporate office. You will be responsible for identifying training and development needs of managerial and high potential staff and be involved in planning, designing, organising and conducting various learning and development programs for talent management and succession planning purposes. You will develop comprehensive training needs analysis, compile training budget, and strategize and implement effective organization development and L&D programs.
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Training related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years experience in an training and development role; good track record in designing and delivering in-house learning and development programs
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese.
