Rapidly expanding in Asia, our client is a multinational fashion company with strong direct retail and wholesales in Hong Kong and China region.
The Assistant Retail Training Manager will play a key role in developing plans and programs to meet the training needs of the retail operation and sales team to achieve customer service standard and financial objectives. You will define the training needs of the sales team, together with the department head and HR team and organize training requirement surveys with relevant parties. You will develop a training calendar and arrange with internal parties and external vendor on training delivery. You will also develop training material, implement training plans and conduct training delivery.
Degree qualified, you will have 4 years of relevant experience in retail training with solid experience in delivery training programs. You will have excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
