Our client is a European fashion retailer offering a complete product range of womenswear, menswear, children’s wear and accessories.
As a business partner to senior management, you will be responsible for a full range of HR functions in Hong Kong and Macau. Working closely with department GMs, you will be involved in manpower planning and other talent management and leadership development initiatives to meet and exceed business and departmental goals and objectives. You will provide advice and counseling to line managers on HR related issues while at the same time, manage a team of HR professionals and oversee recruitment, C&B, performance management and employee relations activities. You will also handle ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resources or relevant subjects
* 8-10 years of solid HR experience, exposure in retail operations will be an advantage
* Strong business sense and analytical skills
* Well-versed in HK employment laws and regulations
* Superb presentation and communication skills, with excellent command in English and Mandarin
