Report to: Group CFO & Shanghai GM
Location: Jiading Nanxiang, Shanghai
Salary: 250K~300K per annum
Company size: 150 staff, manufactory
Finance team: 3 subordinates
Job Responsibilities:
• oversee and manage the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate monthly management accounts reporting
• ensure that the company’s financial statements adhere to local statutory and regulatory requirements
• annual audits and liaising with auditors
• timely filing of returns as and when required by the various government bureaus
• provide high quality management and business information on a timely basis, for corporate and local management
• review and revise accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internationally acceptable standards
• add value as a member of the divisional senior management team
Key Requirements:
• degree holder and qualified accountant with minimum three years’ experience in a multinational environment
• experience in a manufacturing environment as a finance team leader is must
• experience in ERP system implementation will be an advantage
• fluency in English and Mandarin
• strong communication skills
