Our client is a Private Group focusing on Fund of hedge funds, Private Equity, Real Estate and Public Equity investment in Asia.
Due to the intensification of their activity, they are currently looking to hire an outstanding candidate for their Real Estate arm.
The position is based in Hong Kong.
The Analyst/Associate will play an integral role in all aspects of the investment process including research, acquisitions, financing and due diligence.
Responsibilities consist of creating valuation models, preparing presentations, writing offering memoranda and working directly with operating partners on investment acquisitions.
The Analyst/Associate will be performing real estate market research to support the firm in its investment strategies, acquisitions, portfolio, and property management.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Japanese/English
- 1-4 years of relevant real estate, investment banking, management consulting or buy-side experience from a leading firm
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Greater China real estate markets
- Multi-sector real estate investment experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong presentation skills
- Educated to degree level ideally with an MBA/CFA or similar qualification.
