Our client is an international financial advice and investment group that has been helping clients achieve their financial and chosen lifestyle goals since for over 30 years.
Due to recent and projected expansion, they are seeking a professional and experienced candidate for the role of a Planning and Risk Specialist. This role will be to provide risk management and life insurance planning advice to retainer clients in order to maintain long term client relationships enabling clients to achieve their goals and generate on-going revenue for the company.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain financial planning business in line with set targets:
Manage client relationship by identifying individual insurance needs and servicing in a manner to ensure high client retention rate and client referrals.
Manage client relationship by identifying corporate client's insurance needs and servicing these needs in a manner which ensures high client retention rate and new employee referrals, for individual insurance needs
Prepare insurance advice for clients in accordance with current legislative, industry and corporate standards.
Essential Requirements:
Tertiary qualified in a related discipline
CFP qualification
Sound technical advising knowledge to current legislative, industry and corporate standards
Self motivated with regards to personal and professional improvement
Ability to effectively influence and persuade others
High level of commercial acumen
Strong relationship building skills
Sound problem solving ability
Highly focussed on corporate goals and objectives
Good English & Cantonese language skills. Mandarin will be an advantage
