Matthew Hoyle Financial Markets is a boutique search firm with offices in both Hong Kong and London. We specialize in head hunting within the financial markets and investment banking. Due to the continued expansion of our HK office we are currently seeking a young and dynamic individual to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for supporting Senior Consultants in recruitment activities such as researching, sourcing and approaching suitable candidates for senior roles
•Generating a highly effective database of potential candidates through mapping projects
•Researching and generating potential client lists for business development opportunities
•Assist in any ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
•1-3 years of experience in research and recruitment is preferred
•Degree in Economics/Finance or related field from a highly recognized University
•Fluency in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus)
•Strong team player
•Excellent problem solving skills, creative and proactive
