Job details The Manager – Finance Initiatives is responsible to manage the projects, integration related work, internal audit in Greater China.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Support and facilitate financial aspects of business mergers / integration into existing organization.
• Assist to prepare an Internal Audit program and conduct Internal Audit according to program. Assess financial processes for compliance, reporting, controls and recommend improvement.
• Support in setting up new projects; including feasibility studies, preparing proposals, monitoring & reporting.
• Assist and support the set up of a Shared Service Centre.
• Handling ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with at least 3 years experience in supervisory position in or be familiar with logistics industry. The specific requirements are:

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance Management
• At least 2 years experience gained from international accounting firm
• Experience in PRC environment preferred
• The ability to define problems and offer solutions
• Able to work under pressure and commit to deliver on time
• A responsible self-starter and high level of independence
• Outstanding people and communications skill, and ability to lead and deal effectively across functions. A team player with a flexible approach
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Impeccable integrity and willingness to advocate integrity standards forcefully
