Our client is a leading International Law Firm with an opening for a Junior Banking (Restructuring) Associate to join their Hong Kong team.
Interested candidates should have experience of acting for stakeholders- debtors and creditors and experience of acting for a range of stakeholders and appointment documentation.
The role will require you to act for corporates and creditors, providing general insolvency advice and acting as international counsel in cross border deals.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate general banking experience and insolvency experience with a minimum of 1 years PQE experience in restructuring work.
Candidates should have excellent English language skills and business level Mandarin and/or Chinese language skills.
