Our client, based in Shanghai, is now looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Associate to join their growing Corporate Group.
Ideal candidates will be 5-7 years PQE with solid M&A, foreign direct investment and general corporate experience.
The successful candidate will be either PRC, Hong Kong, U.S or U.K qualified and able to manage, advise and counsel legal issues associated with PRC cross-border transactions.
Previous experience in a major international law firm is highly desired. Strong English language skills and fluency in Mandarin are required.
