Job details Our client is a leading software company; they are urgently seeking for a Country Channel Sales Manager to join their team in Shanghai.

Scope:
  • Responsible for the company’s products, solutions, and services through a portfolio of Reseller Channel Partners, identify, create, and manage business relationships with named Channel Partners.


Major Responsibilities:
  • Manage business relationship with Channel Partners to achieve overall business objectives, target and recruit specific potential channel partners to promote the company’s channel partnering opportunities.
  • Manage contractual agreements with Partners and insure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market plans with Partners, including sales launch and role out within Partner organization. Insure Partners are trained and prepared to successfully sell the company’s products and services, including both product technical readiness and sales readiness.
  • Work with Partner to develop and maintain a business plan, including product mix, unit volumes, and sales revenue plans. Develop and coordinate joint marketing and demand generation programs with Partners and integrate with the company’s marketing and business development programs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and/or business partners at all levels of management. Insure and maintain Partner account registration, including registered deals and leveraged deals.
  • Work closely with Country Business Units to coordinate Partner account progression through the sales review process. Create and maintain Partner sales forecasts. Insure opportunities are accurately reflected
  • Work closely with Partners to leverage resources required to move sales opportunities to a successful close.
  • Works closely with the company’s sales and marketing management and staff to ensure that a consistent message is communicated to our customers and/or business partners.
  • Directs complex partner opportunities and day-to-day strategic account business partner relationships and directs and implements growth plans.
  • Strategizing and implementing strategic sales and marketing activities and business partner relationships.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 8 years' experience in channel sales, marketing or business partner relationship development
