Job details Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Retail Manager will be responsible for the brand’s boutiques in Hong Kong and leading a team of almost 100 people.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the retail outlets to achieve sales target and key performance indicators
  • Motivate and lead frontline sales staff to achieve sales targets whilst providing top notch customer service
  • Maintain high standards in daily operations which are in adherence to the brand’s requirements and image
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as visual merchandising, marketing, buying, human resources and supply chain to ensure smooth running of all boutiques
  • Regularly evaluate current retail procedures to streamline or improve daily operations
  • Be involved in recruitment of retail staff and identifying training needs.


Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of retail experience either within the luxury or high street labels with at least 3 years in a management capacity
  • Proven track record as an excellent team manager and achieving / exceeding targets
  • Proactive and independent individual who enjoys working in a team environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
