* Being fully responsible for commercial operation of the region, drawing long and midterm developing projects of the areas respecting to the rules and laws issued by the local and state authorities concerning commercial operations as well as company's policies and strategy.
* Maintaining with Merchandise a large range of commodities and competitive prices to customers in order to bring more customers and higher turnover.
* Defining commercial project of the region on basis of complete analysis of local market, items and potentiality of each area.
* Being responsible for the development of the region and ensuring the sustainable increase of turnover and profit.
* Promoting steadily market shares and capability of competition of the total region.
The Successful Applicant:
* Bachelor’s degree or above
* Minimum of 10 years of retail operations experience in China with at least 3-year successful working experience in large retailing business;
* Good ability in organization and leadership, good team spirit;
* Honest, strong sense of responsibility, confident, precise, awareness of service;
* Good skills of coordinating and communication;
* Sense of commerce, passion for challenges;
* Good ability in planning, prevision and problems solving;
* Good command of English and Chinese;
* Flexible to move around in China
