Our client is a High End Jewelry Retailer. With rapid expansion in China, they are seeking high caliber candidates to join their Retail Manager Team in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to achieve and exceed the profit & loss targets of the Point of Sales (POS) and to ensure healthy development of sales network & VIPs to achieve full potential of the market.
You will oversee the frontline retail operations including sales target & budget, and visual merchandising. You will lead the retail team to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and VIPS and to ensure company guidelines are strictly enforced for optimal representation of the brand image at every POS.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you will possess at least 6 years of direct retail experience within the high-end fashion or jewelry industry with at least 3 years of management experience at area / regional level. You will have hands-on experience in administering customer service & selling skills concepts through regional retail managers. Proactive and detail-minded, you will have in-depth understanding of the luxury products market and the related culture in China. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English are essential to this role.
You will be based in Shanghai and will travel to other cities in China according to business needs.
