A large insurance brokerage firm is looking for a seasoned individual to join their team as Director. The incumbent will be responsible for developing business strategies, sales targets and managing the overall division. In addition, you will also be responsible for:
- Business development and leading the expansion into China markets
- Formulating and implementing motivating sales strategies to ensure targets are met and exceeded by team
- Developing new clients while managing existing client relationships
- Providing support to China representative office
- Overseeing the daily operations and administration of the division
- Resolving client queries and grievances
- Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
In order to be considered, you must possess:
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 15 years in insurance brokerage firms or IFA is a MUST, with solid senior management experience
- Extensive product knowledge in general insurance
- Qualified IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 and 5 is REQUIRED
- Strong product knowledge of general insurance products
- Proven track record of developing and managing client relationships
- Good network developed with local and PRC insurance market
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Complete fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
