Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for overseeing their retail stores operations
• Motivate and coach store associates to achieve the company objectives and KPIs
• Plan and improve sales performance to meet the sales forecast and budget
• Manage stores expenses to maximize the opportunities for Store Operations Profits, by monitoring retail wages, reduce wastage and shrinkage, managing discounts
• Work with all functional directors to implement and execute strategic business plan
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries
• Manage and monitor the cash and payment systems in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and implement store merchandising layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximise sales, customer satisfaction and brand image
• Prepare and monitor all operations reports as required
• Manage upkeep and conditions of all equipments, fixtures and facilities of store premises
Requirement
• Bachelor degree or related disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in retail store operations and management in China
• Extensive experience in leading effective teams to achieve sales target and company objective
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin will be ESSENTIAL
