Our client is French Company specialized in Production and Retailing of Sports Goods all over the world. Founded in 1976, today client becomes an European leader of distribution (400 stores on the European, American and Asian continents) and of conception / production of sporting articles.
Main responsibility:
1. Set up the woven garment factory, including floor planning, recruitment, training and daily operation
2. Plan and organize short/long term production schedule according to Customer demand and Factory’s capability
3. Review and manage headcount according to production needs
4. Implement 5S and lean manufacturing in the whole workshop
5. Responsible for quality and for its management
6. Review and control production performance and submit production report regularly
7. Review production employee’s performance & submit evaluation report regularly
8. Work with other departments on product development, administration, etc
9. Respect local labor law as well as company social regulations
Profile Requirement:
1. Sports enthusiast
2. Familiar with garment Industrial Engineer & lean manufacture.
3. At least 10 years production management experience in garment filed with over 5 years relevant in a management role of directing a Woven garment factory mainly for exporting to Europe or US market, preferred taping industry.
4. Experience and knowledge in the production process from pattern making to product launching
5. Familiar with modern equipment and assembling techniques as well as QA system & SA8000
6. Strong organization and communication skills, problem solving skill,
