Our client is highly regarded company in the fashion industry with classic design labels as well as trendy casual wear products.
Reporting to the Sales Director and managing a team of Retail Operations professional, you will assume overall responsibility for the company’s direct retail and wholesales business in Hong Kong. You will manage sales for all product categories to achieve and exceed company’s sales target and growth objectives. You will develop strong business relationship with a portfolio of key clients in the wholesale business and will identify and develop new business opportunities. You will develop strong sales strategies at both direct retail and wholesales level and be responsible for product range selection, inventory management, POS promotions and new product range roll-outs.
Requirements:
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 8 years combined experience in a fashion wholesales and retail management ideally gained from casual wear/mass market fashion brands. Highly commercial savvy, you possess strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills. You are aggressive and result-oriented and have a strong passion to succeed. Fluency in English and Cantonese will be required for this role.
