With significant presence in Greater China, our client is a leading player in the FMCG market.
Leading a team of Brand Managers/Marketing Executives, you will be supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager to achieve sales and marketing objectives. You will be involved in planning, implementation, controlling and monitoring of all marketing activities of her assigned product portfolio.
Main responsibilities
* Develop an annual sales budget on the assigned products with proposals on sales targets and marketing strategies for Management approval.
* Coordinate with Sales Manager FSD in setting monthly product direction and sales focuses.
* Monitor and review that all products’ pricing structures are contributing appropriate Gross Margins as approved by Management.
* Maintain contact with key account buyers to keep abreast of market changes and trend. Utilize periodic market research data to review market trend and highlight opportunities and threads with recommend course of actions.
* Recommend and constantly reviewing on the effective allocation of resources to maximize the result of marketing spending and to monitor that the spending are within the approved budgets.
* Initiate and create new promotion ideas for brand development.
Requirements
* University graduate with at least 5 years marketing experience in FMCG Food Service products; in which minimum 3 years marketing team management experience.
* Good communication and presentation skill in both Chinese and English.
