Oracle’s Applications Division is opening its development center in China with focus on E-Business Suite - a product suite that provides Enterprise Software that enables large multinational companies as well as SMBs (Small and Medium Businesses) to manage their enterprise business needs. Oracles’ E-Business suite is a world-class application suite that covers Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management (FMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
As a Development Manager, you will help build the next generation functional and technological capabilities within our enterprise software utilizing Java, J2EE, Web2.0 and other cutting edge technologies. Your responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring successful product releases based on corporate priorities
2. Managing, mentoring and leading a team of engineers
3. Managing project tasks effectively, completing deliverables on time with quality
4. Creation/Review of designs, both high level and detailed design for the software
5. Building the next generation of software capabilities to address needs of global enterprises
6. Provide technical and functional guidance to team members
7. Participate in internal/ strategic customer meetings
Key Skills Required:
1. BS /MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Proficiency in one more of the following technologies - Java, J2EE, SQL, PL/SQL
3. Strong communication and presentation skills – in English (Written & Verbal) & Chinese
4. Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple projects
5. Strong Customer focus, Result orientation and creativity
6. Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
7. Experience with Enterprise Software/E-Business Suite, Business Intelligence / Analytics would be a plus
8. Experience in either one or all of the following is a plus:
o Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher & Oracle Application (OA) Framework
9. A team player who works well in a challenging and highly collaborative environment
