Our HRA group offers a fully integrated HR solution in meeting the strategic challenges of our clients. Unlike the piecemeal approach of typical HR consulting houses, we offer our clients the comprehensive solutions that address broad range of HR issues induced by their key strategic drivers, namely global expansion, mergers and acquisitions, revenue and productivity improvement, service quality enhancement, cultural change, and public listing. Through strategic, operational and financial analysis, we assist our clients uncovering potential HR challenges and implementing the vital HR clients.

The applicant will:

Develop international and domestic business through the firm's network;
*
Scope out HR project and deliver HR advisory services for both multinationals and domestic enterprises;
*
Managing large-scale change management and post-deal integration projects;
*
Team up with PwC transaction service, performance management and tax advisory groups to offer holistic solutions to our clients;
*
Manage deliverables and project economics;
*
Manage and maintain close client relationship; and
*
Develop and promote new HR advisory services for meeting the new market demands.

Requirements

*
Extensive relevant experience including management and/or HR consulting;
*
Solid line experience at major multinational and domestic companies preferred;
*
Master degree or above, MBA preferred, and technically strong;
*
Experienced in managing projects for multi-national companies and domestic clients;
*
Excellent business sense and commercially aware;
*
Able to think strategically and to apply the appropriate HR intervention;
*
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin;
*
Innovative, confident and mature;
*
A great team player who can work effectively under pressure and independently;
*
Self-starter with a desire to develop the HR advisory practice and client network; and
*
Willingness to travel.
