As the Regional Director, Business Line Head your main responsibilities will involve:
• Providing strong leadership and direction for our North Asia Integrated Facilities Management business
• Leading, directing and growing a large business as part of the Asia Pacific Facilities Management Leadership Team
• Building on Jones Lang LaSalle’s dominant brand and market leading position in the industry
As the Regional Director, Business Line Head your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• At least 10 years experience in facilities management or property management
• Strong people management, diversity management and cultural relationship skills to attract and develop professional staff in line with the growth of the business
• Emerging Asia Pacific market experience would be advantageous in securing this position, but not essential
