Our client, a global networking and telecommunication solution provider is looking for an experience Regional Internal Recruiter to join their APAC Human Resources Team.
Job responsibilities:
sourcing candidates through networking and agency
Build agency pool by screening and building network with IT & Telecommunication industry focused agency in each local country in APAC
Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally
Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management
Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate
manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines
Compile and update reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers
Collect APAC regional compensation and benefit data and report timely to HQ C&B group
Deliver orientation & on job training to new hire in APAC regional country and manage orientation & OJT training records
Job requirements:
Minimum 5 years proven recruiting experience in APAC recruiting and implementing a wide range of recruitment, including APAC region country manager level and engineer level
Knowledge of APAC region and proven experiences
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
Flexibility to travel to each APAC country
Highly motivated and self directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency is a must) with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel
Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus
