Job Description:
As one of the key members of the corporate development team, you will be responsible for advising senior management on strategic acquisition initiatives. You will be the primary contact with key decision makers within the targeted companies to manage all M&A activities from deal origination through to closing. Specifically, you will conduct in-depth business evaluations, industry research, financial modeling and prepare documentation for corporate finance transactions. You will also be responsible for all post acquisition integration and compliance activities.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate should be a team player who thrives in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment. You should possess a sound academic background in accounting/or finance, ideally with a CFA qualification or an MBA. You should have at least 3-5 years' M&A execution experience with Asia Pacific exposure gained in sizable organisations. Strong business acumen and project management skills are pre-requisites. An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must. Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Financial Analyst.
