Job Purpose:
Execute Account Based Marketing to clients listed accounts
Deploy Account Based Marketing
Establish regional change management program excellence and standardization across Asia Pacific as part of services delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and execute customized and targeted marketing programs and activities to support Global Account Operations to achieve revenue growth and share of wallet in top tier customer accounts.
Plan, propose and manage budgets to fulfill marketing programs and activities.
Serve as marketing consultant to provide marketing leadership, development and management of holistic customer engagement strategy, program and activities with clear objectives and metrics for return on investment evaluation and benchmarking
Gather professionals in different field from outside of the company and form virtual account team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Support Service Delivery Organisation (SDO) on regional change management program planning, development and execution for assigned contracted outsourcing deals
Collaborate with Service Delivery Organisation (SDO), Business Development Office (BDO) and Global Service Professional group (GSP) to establish regional change management program excellence, best practices and standardisation of processes and toolkits for deployment
Selection Criteria:
Bachelors degree required preferably in marketing
Solid track record with 8 10 years of work experience in IT Enterprise Sales and Marketing
Experience in IT sales management of major customer accounts or industry focused (e.g. Financial, Manufacturing) is highly desirable
Strong understanding on effective marketing communication mix and tools for B2B customer engagement
Strong analytical skills with ability to pinpoint and concisely communicate critical findings and potential actions
Excellent presentation skills to various levels of management
Ability to collaborate, communicate and influence across cross functional lines throughout the organizational structure
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
