Requirement: Quantity Surveyors to work on high-profile Casino & hotel projects in Macau.
The role of the Quantity Surveyor?
Macau is Las Vegas, Nevada’s biggest casino destination rival with experts saying Macau “Cotai Strip” could overshadow the Las Vegas Strip!
As the Quantity Surveyor you will be working with a team of Quantity Surveyors on a famous Casino & Hotel development.
What are they looking for in the Quantity Surveyor?
To apply for the role of Quantity Surveyor in Macau, you should have the following credentials:
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying - BSc Hons Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years post Graduate experience
- You will be capable of working to your own initiative & as part of a team
- You will be a keen individual with the determination to progress in your career
- Demonstrate an ability to liaise confidently with other Consultants
- Experienced in production of tender documentation
- Experienced in processing interim payments, valuation of variations and other post-contract duties
