An International Consultancy providing independent Project Management & Quantity Surveying services for the property and construction industries currently have an URGENT requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to work on Aviation projects in bustling Hong Kong.
The Role
Working as the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage all commercial and technical activities in respect of projects handled, including:
* Liaison
* Measurement
* Presentation
* Record keeping
You will report to the Associate Director accordingly on assigned projects.
Who are they looking for?
* Quantity Surveying Qualification
* You must be chartered - HKIS / MRICS or equivalent
* Minimum of 5-6 years post qualification experience, gained within a reputable QS firm
* Extensive experience in the Peoples Republic of China
* You must be able to speak Mandarin to liaise with client

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you should expect a comprehensive salary & package for your high level of work & Commitment.
Packages vary according to skills, qualification & position but can comprise of:
* Circa HK$40,000 per month – HK$80,000 per month basic
