Due to the continued success of my clients’ office, they are currently seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor / MRICS Quantity Surveyor to work in the vibrant, exciting & intoxicating city of Hong Kong.

The Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor / MRICS Quantity Surveyor?
This role presents an excellent opportunity for self motivated candidates with a broad range of skills in Quantity Surveying.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor / MRICS Quantity Surveyor you will be comfortable to handle your own projects from start to completion, dealing with all day to day commercial tasks.
You will be working in a team, managing & overlooking two assistant level Quantity Surveyors. Therefore this role would suit an individual excited by the prospect of passing on skills & experience.

You must be Chartered MRICS / HKIS or equivalent
Previous experience working in China / Hong Kong
A minimum of 10years experience working within a reputable construction consultancy
Chinese literacy would be preferred but not essential.

* HK$30,000 – HK$80,000 per month
