The company is a long established award winning international practice of property and construction consultants who provide consultancy services on a wide range of projects worldwide.
They are currently seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors to station in Shanghai and Beijing, working on amazing £50Million + projects.
The Right Candidate
The ideal candidate will be qualified with several years post qualification experience and can speak mandarin to be able to communicate with the local staff. Previous experience in China projects will be a plus.
* Degree holder in Quantity Surveying
* Professional member of HKIS or equivalent
* Minimum 8 years experience gained in a professional Quantity Surveying firm
