The Company is a top international Consultancy providing independent Project Management, Cost Management and other specialist advisory services for the Property and Construction Industries.
The Company has a current requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on exciting and challenging projects in Guangzhou.
The Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a team of 10-20 Quantity Surveyors on Mixed-use projects. You will therefore need to demonstrate successful experience managing teams of staff.
You will be based in Guangzhou with occasional trips to other PRC locations.
You will be reporting directly to the Director.
What are they looking for in the Quantity Surveyor?
The Senior Quantity Surveyor….
- MHKIS/MRICS Qualified preferred
- BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent mandatory
- Circa 10 years experience
- PRC experience mandatory
- Mandarin speaking
- Experience in a top Consultancy
