Their clients' expectations on their PM’s are very high and demanding. They are foreign institutional investors and clients' PM usually comes from property developers’ background.
Relevant degree in Architectural studies / Project Management/Quantity Surveying/ Civil & Structural
Hands on experience in project management and design management for commercial such as hotels, grade A office/ industrial / institutional projects
Experience in international project management practice is a must.
To represent the company in providing project management and construction service to clients.
To lead subordinates in projects and assist the supervisor in managing divisional matters.
To help build the business for the company
China project work experience would be preferable.
Fluent in English and Putonghua.
Good business sense and EQ
Must be presentable and speak well.
He must be able to deal and manage the expectation with overseas clients and other project professionals effectively.
