Oracle’s Applications Division is opening its development center in China with focus on E-Business Suite - a product suite that provides Enterprise Software that enables large multinational companies as well as SMBs (Small and Medium Businesses) to manage their enterprise business needs. Oracles’ E-Business suite is a world-class application suite that covers Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management (FMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Product Management team, you will help build the next generation web 2.0 capabilities within our enterprise software: Your responsibilities include,
• Define product requirements and/or strategy
• Communicate product strategy and functionality
• Gather and analyze information to define product requirements and review design specifications
• Drive functional design projects
• Initiate and foster relationships with other groups
• Review product documentation and collateral
• Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities
• Manage strategic customers for successful implementation
Key Skills Required:
• BS /MS degree, MBA or equivalent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – in English (Written & Verbal)
• Strong Market and Customer focus
• Ability to articulate Enterprise Business Solutions
• Ability to work the virtual ecosystem, marketing, sales, support, and consulting to identify customer needs to build the next generation products
• Cross-group collaboration along with technical and business acumen with the business applications / solutions space will be valuable
• Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple projects
• Experience with Enterprise Software, Business Intelligence / Analytics would be a plus
• A team player who works well in a challenging and highly collaborative environment
