Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Managers and Associate Directors, Investment Properties – Shanghai, you will assist in the generation and execution of business for the acquisition or disposal of investment and development properties on behalf of clients;
• Assist the Manager in business planning/development and implement business strategies;
• Build a track record for the company as a leading market players; and
• Keep abreast of market developments and constantly source for market leads and information.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in property investments and a good understanding of the retail, residential, industrial, hospitality and commercial development;
• A university degree from a recognised university;
• Strong writing skills and an analytical mind. Specifically, the ability to articulate and encapsulate the risks and returns of a property being considered for acquisition or disposal;
• A high degree of mathematical skill and an understanding of accounting principles; and
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
