Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Industrial and Logistics Services – North China;
• Drive, manage and oversee the Industrial and Logistics Services business line in Beijing, with a particular focus on project management;
• Manage a growing dynamic team, focusing on expanding our presence in Beijing;
• Play a key role in growing the industrial and logistics services business, involving activities such as major disposal and acquisition of industrial properties, dealing with site acquisitions and project marketing;
• Provide a high standard of service to industrial clients, and generate business in the disposal and acquisition of industrial properties for the department; and
• Build a successful Industrial and Logistics Services division in Beijing by being proactively involved in leading and motivating your team, identifying staffing needs and conducting staff appraisals.

Requirements:
• Five to eight years’ experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector, preferably with experience in the Northern China region;
• An undergraduate degree, preferably in Estate Management, Business or Economics;
• Possess extensive experience in dealing with occupational requirements, site acquisitions, project marketing and the disposal/acquisition of industrial properties;
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese; and
• Highly disciplined strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability in leading by example.
