Our client, a famous leading international information technology services company, is actively seeking a legal counsel to join them in Beijing office.
Requirements:
Law degree from recognized university Desirable: MBA or equivalent
Professional with at least 4 – 6 years of experience in corporate and contracts law and management of disputes, preferably within an IT Services organization
Experience of working within a global legal community across a major organization, including communication and training on legal policies
Experience with conflict handling in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
Management of external counsel
Client Focus, Team Working, Flexibility, Creativity
Tasks:
Provide competent legal advice and participate in negotiations with respect to either corporate law, Mergers & Acquisitions and Contract Law (Client Contracts or Purchasing contracts and IPR) and/or Risk Management, usually for several larger groups, departments or units.
Contribute to ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and Group policies.
