Our client is one of the leading private equity. They are now seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Hong Kong Office.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director
• VP and Senior Associate on require travel arrangements
• Handle business correspondence
• Prepare minutes, travel and meeting arrangements
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments and administration support
Job Requirements:
• University graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in serving senior executives, preferably from investment banking or private equity
• Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
• Team player who possesses initiative, mature, flexible, optimistic, hardworking, well-organized
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are desired qualities
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
• Immediately available is a must
