The Company has a current requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on exciting and challenging projects in Shanghai.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for a team of 10-20 Quantity Surveyors on Mixed-use projects. You will therefore need to demonstrate successful experience managing teams of staff.
You will be based in Shanghai with occasional trips to other PRC locations.
You will be reporting directly to the Director.

- MHKIS/MRICS Qualified
- BSc Quantity Surveying
- Circa 10 years experience
- PRC experience is a must
- Mandarin speaking
- Experience in a top Consultancy
