Requirement: Senior Quantity Surveyor to station in Beijing
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
The role is based in Beijing and the successful candidate will report directly to the office manager.
The main purpose of this role is the commission management and delivery of commercial sector projects in Beijing.
The role will also involve helping to develop the Cost Management function, assistance in developing the Asian business and local client care.
You will be responsible for all aspects of Cost Management from feasibility to final account on projects including Value added Services, such as risk and value Engineering.

* 8-10 years experience in the Construction industry working for a reputable consultancy
* MRICS / MHKIS
* BSc Hons Quantity Surveyor
* Experience of PRC projects
* Experience e of managing a team of Quantity Surveyors
* Ability to work as part of a team & on own initiative
Languages: English, Mandarin
