Our client, a leading retail and corporate bank, is currently seeking a Hong Kong qualified lawyer at the 5 years PQE level to act as their legal counsel. The role would be responsible for drafting commercial contracts, terms and conditions and bank documentation. In addition, the successful candidate would be responsible for reviewing and updating policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing legal and compliance training to the staff. Experience in dealing with documentations for investment products and regulatory transactions would be an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese are necessary.
