A reputable European Bank is seeking a Regional Manager of Background Screening to join their growing Singapore office. Responsibilities will include managing the Asia Pacific Background Screening Team and the relationship with the Background Screening Suppliers as well as managing, maintaining and extending the Asia Pacific Background Screening Policies and Processes. The incumbent will be responsible for projects, implementing new technology, and developing website content. The successful candidate will have six years management and supervisory experience in a financial services or similar environment, with at least some experience in Asia Pacific. They will have demonstrated experience in implementing new policies, managing a processing team and relationship management, as well as a background in control, risk, audit or compliance.
