Idealpeople are hiring on behalf of a software and services organisation who help customers in the retail banking industry to make better and more informed decisions through the simplification of complex analytics. They achieve this through the delivery of best-in-class technology solutions and innovative professional services.
This is a green-field opportunity, a role in a start-up but within the secure environment of a large and profitable business with a world-class reputation and a range of premium products.
In this high-visibility position, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including the leadership of existing/small teams in India and China. This will include forecasting, P&L/revenue management, expanding the team headcount, and all customer deliveries.
You as the ideal candidate will be an acknowledged leader with more than 8 years of experience at management level, already working for an Analytics Consultancy focussed on Financial Services, or a BI/Analytics Software Vendor, or possibly a Retail Bank, but with some experience from the Consultancy or Vendor side.
You will be strongly pro-active, collaborative, accountable and intuitive, and thrive on the challenge of managing all Customer Analytics Professional Services for Retail Banking Customers.
You will have strong domain knowledge in one, or several of the following areas:
Basel II, Decision Analytics/Enterprise Decision Management, Credit Scoring/Predictive Modelling, Business Rules/Rules Engine, Credit Risk Modelling, Anti-Fraud applications, Risk Analytics, Origination, Claims Management, Collection and Recovery, BPM, Adaptive Control.
