Lead a team of senior / systems analysts in planning, developing, maintaining and implementing Web Applications, Enterprise Portal and Lotus Notes Applications.
Responsible for planning the roadmap and budget for the team.
Ensure that Key Performance Indicators for the team are met.
Prepare approval papers and business case documentation for selected projects.
Plan and manage cross-functional projects i.e. manage timeline, resources, budget, quality, risks as well as issues tracking, escalation and resolution.
Prioritise and allocate assignments to team members while balancing business needs and expectations.
Ensure timely resolution and response for application problems and queries.
Mentor the team and provide technical guidance.
Work with users and management to produce new applications, contents, documents and collaborative services.
Requirements:
Degree in IT/Computer Science.
At least 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in managing projects on JAVA / J2EE Web Development is mandatory
Experience in SAP Netweaver, Enterprise Portal, Web Content Management, Document Management and Search would be preferred
Experience in technologies such as .NET, MS SQL, J2EE, Lotus Notes and SAP Netweaver is highly desirable
Experience in planning, managing and delivering medium to large projects.
Good knowledge of the systems implementation and development lifecycles.
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Excellent leadership skills that enhance the teams effectiveness.
