A rapidly expanding and reputed organisation in Dubai is currently searching for a highly successful programme manager for their recently established transformation team. This is a complex and challenging role which will play a major part in the ongoing success and development of the company as a whole.



Working closely at senior director level, you will have extensive contact with management and staff across business functions, as well as with external stakeholders.

Across the business you will be responsible for between 20-50 projects; many of which you will initiate and drive yourself. These projects will span across a variety of disciplines such as HR, IT, Customer Service, Real Estate and much more.



Candidates will possess all of the following:

•Project, Portfolio and Programme Management (large scale management of multiple projects) upwards of USD 10m

•Demonstrable track record in implementing &/or turning around complex / problematic projects

•Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at board level

•'Hands-on' problem solving skills

•Evidence of effectively leading and coaching a team of change professionals (>6 people)

•Stable career to date

•Good understanding of project management governance /methodology and reporting



It is imperative that the incumbent can demonstrate having spearheaded and delivered projects across multiple areas (i.e. not just IT, Telco)
