Recognised globally as an industry leader, this accounting firm is currently looking for a proposals manager to prepare proposal documents for driving new business opportunities. In order to best serve their clients and capitalize on potential new business, they are searching for a proposals manager to join their business development team.
Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will work closely with senior level internal clients to put together all proposals for new business across all practice groups. You will have to take a proactive approach to pre-proposal activity, research potential proposals targets, and coach teams for scoping meetings.
The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in coaching/managing/leading complex proposals, preferably in a professional services environment or a large MNC. You must have excellent facilitation/BD skills and the ability to work as a trusted advisor to the most senior people in the firm, be able to coach teams effectively, and have a solid understanding of best practice proposal processes as well as production processes and timelines. Excellent English writing skills are a necessity, Chinese language skills advantageous.
